A Gyuto is the Japanese version of the classic Western Chef's knife. It is a multi-purpose knife that can perform a wide range of tasks. It can be used with a variety of different cutting techniques and is suitable for cutting the vast majority of meats, fishes, vegetables and fruits.

This one has been hand forged in 1084 carbon steel with a forged fuller for weight reduction and texture.

The handle is made with 2,500 year old bog oak and some Australian Blackwood with a hammered texture finish on the sides
