Hand Forged Chef Knife

This is a large chef knife made for all purpose use.

Forged in 26c3 carbon steel with high hardness and a thin edge. It has a scotch Brite belt finish with a concave grind.

The handle is Mulga, Bog Oak and Blackwood.
