Integral Horizontal Tang Gyuto

This has been forged using Nickel and Low carbon steel as a cladding with a 26c3 Super high carbon core. An integral bolster with a horizontal tang and forged fullers.

The handle is  made with stabilized Turkish Walnut with brass pins

Designed to be a real conversation starter and really level up your kitchen and cooking experience.

Has a rather flat edge profile like many typical japanese gyutos but still enough of a belly to cater to different cutting styles such as rocking or slicing. It is nicely balanced at the bolster.
